When I sell my chametz in person, my Rav makes me do a Hagbaah, using a pen or a gartel. I assume in order so that he should be my shaliach. If so, how does that work with selling Chametz online?

While there is a preferance to making a kinyan with the gartel, the sale is still very valid without it.
