Our dogs pulled a paper bag that pizza came in off the counter and it is possible the bag touched the part of the faucet where the water comes out. Unfortunately, my wife used the faucet in a meat pot to boil water before I could clean it. Are there any kashrut concerns?

You do not have to be concerned about this. Firstly, because you don’t even know if the pizza bag touched the faucet in the first place. Secondly, even if it did touch, who said that that part of the bag was damp from the milchig oil. Additionally, even if it did touch, the minimal amount of residue on the faucet, would be insignificant to the amount of water that was placed in the meaty pot. Therefore, just clean off the faucet, and your good to go.
