Question:
Is there any food plates that are made out of certain materials that i can use for both milchig and fleishig
Answer:
According to some opinions glass doesn't absorb, therefore technically it can be used for both. However the Ashkenazi minhag is not this way, and even for Sefardim, it is not recommended to do at all, because things can get mixed up and there can be milky residue when it will be used for meat and vise versa. Therefore it should be looked at as a theoretical question but practically it should not be done.
