My question is can a women keep self-tanner on her whole body before she dips in the mikva even though everyone part of her body is evenly tanned , if not what if the self-tanning makes her feel beautiful can she get a heter to still dip with the self-tan on?

Befroe a woman immerses in the miklva she is supposed to remove all foreing matter on her body, so that when she immerses her body will connect directly with the water. therefore the self-tanning lotion shouold be removed before immersing. After the mikva you can reapply it again, and now you will be beautiful in soul and body.
