I only had time to daven Brachos and Shemone Esrei this morning and I always thought Shemone Esrei started from tehilos l’kel elyon but after I said it I realized that it’s in middle of a Bracha. Wld that be considered a Bracha l’vatala?

No, it was not a bracha l’vatala, because you still did mention, Kriyas Yam Suf in the bracha, and that would be enough to consider it that you remembered about our going out of Mitzrayim. Although Shemona Esrei does not start form there, rather from the beginning of the first bracha or from Hashem sefosay siftach, nevertheless, women should say the third bracha, of birkas kriyas shema, which starts essentially from emes vyatziv. Therefore, looking forward, if this situation even happens again, start from after emes v’yatziv, and continue until Shemona Esrei. This way you will have fulfilled this mitzva, and you would have the connecting of geula to the davening.
