Moshe Rabbeinu and our Patriarchs, did they wear tefillin?
Answer:
The patriarchs did wear tefillin as it says, that they indeed kept all of the commandments, therefore we have no reason to assume that tefillin was any different. Moshe Rabbeinu definitely wore tefillin, after al he was the one told by Hashem himself to wrote about the mitzva of tefillin.
