Hi. Is there any halachic issue with walking on wet synthetic grass on Shabbos-is there a concern of Schita? Or is it all lo nicha leih, kileachar yad etc so ok, Or is it a type of material that schita doesn’t apply to? Thanks

Hello,
It is permissible to walk[1] on an outdoor carpet, or an outdoor rug that is wet, and even though when one steps on the rug it will squeeze out some of the water absorbed inside it. This is even if it is not synthetic. Regarding squeezing synthetic materials, if they are closely packed together sechita would still apply, so that aspect would not be the heter, however your first reason is correct.
