Ha Rav, Is uncontrollable belching whether once or more than once during davening while wearing Tefillin, something to do Teshuva for? Is this assur to do? Thanks!

First of all. if it is uncontrollable, especially if it was unexpected, then the person was a “ones”, and it isn’t considered his fault. But even if it was expected, understandably it isn’t polite nor kavod for the tefillin, however there is no halacha, forbidding one to wear tefillin when belching. While davening Shemona Esrei though, one should be careful not to belch or yawn if possible, but if it is involuntary, we can’t say that the person did an issur, however if it happens, we have to cover our mouth, (no different than regular manners, that this should be done). The reason why during Shemona Esrei it is worse is because then we are talking directly to Hashem, and therefore we have to act accordingly.
