Question:
I live in a co-op building. I am the only one of 4 remaining Jews on my floor with a mezuzah on my door. The only other Jews with a mezuzah on their door and inside doors as me died and the apt was sold to non-Jews. I even emailed the Jewish brokers who sold the apt, to no avail. What should I do?

Hello,
The mezuzos should be taken off the doors, as the gentile owners will disgrace them. Therefore you should take off the mezuza at least on the front door, (as you can’t access the other ones). After taking off the mezuza, you essentially can keep it as the owner doesn’t want it, however it would be better to notify him that you have the mezuza, and that if he wants it he can get it from you.
