If my desk has a computer on it, I’m aware it makes the desk “a computer” if I left something else on it by accident is that problem to take anything off it?

Hello,
The term bosis means “base” or support. Therefore whatever is supporting a muktza item will become muktza like the item it is supporting. Something that is on the desk of a computer is not supporting the computer and therefore it isn’t muktza. Additionally even if the desk would be muktza, removing something on the desk will not make the desk move, therefore it is permitted to remove things from the desk.
