Dairy pot on meat stove

Question:

A dairy pot that hasn't been used in 24 hours, but is not completely stainless steal (has nonstick coating throughout) was placed on meat side of stove on flame.

Answer:

If there wasn't any milk that came in contact with it, it is still dairy. It is only problematic if there was actual dairy or absorbed taste that touched it. The place where the pot is placed is usually burnt of all food and not a problem.
