Thank you for your question.
It is permitted to study Torah in front of a mirror. In fact that is a great thing to do while you exercise! We don’t daven Shemona Esrei in front of a mirror, because when we bow down, it appears as if we are bowing to ourselves. Other than that it is permitted to study or even pray the other parts in front of a mirror.
