In your response to this question back in 2011,did you mean that one would have to have in mind to change rooms,while bringing the tea with them to the other rooms? Or that one would have in mind to change rooms but leave the tea in the original room and come back to the tea?

Hello,
When making the bracha one should have in mind that he might change rooms in the middle. If the tea is taken if left in the room, or if you left the tea in the room (and you have intention to come back soon), the halacha would be the same.
