I have a single friend who is dating a baal teshuvah (of 4.5 years). She recently learned that the boy’s father was unfaithful in his marriage. His parents are now divorced and dating goyim. He has since cut off ties with his father within the last few years. Should this be a consideration for her to end the shidduch or should he be considered separately from his family?

This in itself is not a reason to break off the shidduch. The mere fact that he is a baal teshuva, and he is careful regarding halacha, shows that he is living his life ethically way above the level of his parents. His actions show that his father’s actions are not what he is.
