It depends why it is being delivered on shabbos. If the quickest way o get it to you is by delivering it on Shabbos, i.e. you ordered it on Friday, then select a later date, and if they decide to deliver it on shabbos that is their issue. However if they could deliver it before shabbos, then you can select shabbos delivery, because it doesn’t necessarily mean that it will be delivered on Shabbos, they have the choice to do it earlier , and if they decide to do it for then, that is also their decision.
