I poured water from a pareve kettle into a pot (on the flame) of chicken soup that had some steam coming from it. If new water is put in the kettle, can it be used with Milchig utensils and drinks ?

L’chatchila you should be careful not to do this. However, in retrospect, if the hot steam didn’t reach the kettle, it is ok. And even if it did, after 24 hours you can use it for milchig.
