Question:
Can a divorced couple remarry if the woman had an intimate relationship, but NOT marriage to another man AFTER she was divorced from her first husband?
Answer:
Technically she may remarry him, however there may be other issues involved therefore this has to be discussed with the rabbi officiating at the second marriage.
