Question:
Another Jewish person recently gave me a small George Forman grill that has never been used. It’s brand new in the box. The instruction manual warns that it should not be immersed in water. Since I cannot tovel it, can I use it?
Answer:
Hello,
A simple George Forman, without a computer chip, and it will not get ruined by toveling it. It can be toveled, and then left in the sun or a different warm place for a few days, until any water that penetrated inside it dries up. Shaking out any water after toveling will speed up the process.
Best wishes
