Cold milk was sitting in the fridge in a meat pot for more than 24 hours may i use the milk and do i need to kasher the pot?

Answer:

The milk can be used, because the pot was not used within 24 hours of it’s absorbing the milk, ( which happens after the milk is there for 24 hours. Since the pot was not a ben yomo in retrospect it will not prohibit the milk. The pot though needs kashering, but wait 24 hours from when you poured out the milk and washed it out.
