I recently made a siyum with my Ruv on Yerushalmi Dmai. We did not have a minyan and no Kaddish was said. Am I allowed to make the siyum again on Shabbos Nachamu in Shul with Kaddish and a bigger oilam?

There is no obligaton to make a siyum with kaddish. If you alkready finished and said the hadran, then the siyum was already done.
